You will note that there are 3 sections to the order form.  One section is for candles only.

 

One section is for bath and body products.

 

The last section is for all other products.

 

Leave any special comments on your order in the comment section.

 

If you have a specific delivery date, please include that.  If possible, we will try to meet your needs as far as shipping goes.  But there are no guarantees due to items being in or out of stock.
